TNS SIGNATURE WAY OF WORKING

 Culture & Leadership

 Design for print

“You fulfilled the brief of delivering a kit that is visually appealing and innovative, but also accessible and user-friendly for use in 14 different countries. Feedback from all stakeholders that have seen it has been resoundingly that it ‘looks fantastic’. So much so that other teams have already expressed an interest in using your services”.

(Senior Corporate Development Planner).

The challenge: TNS tasked us with creating a resource that their employees could use to help them successfully deliver the TNS Signature working approach to clients.

The Diagnosis: The goal would be to make sure the resource could easily adapt to the specific user. Employees would be referencing the resource during projects to ensure they were continually delivering the Signature approach. Whereas Signature Coaches would use the resource to provide guidance to any employees who may be experiencing difficulties understanding it. Usability was therefore key, yet we also knew the materials had to be visually appealing and innovative in order to engage the user.

The Creative solution: Working very closely with Martin Lambie-nairn (One of Britain’s most influential graphic designers and now creative director at TNS), we created an innovative TNS Signature toolkit. It consisted of an in-depth “Coaching Guide” for line managers, and a “Quick Guide” for employees. Our design ensured all resources had strong navigation at their core, providing detailed and easy to follow direction to additional support materials such as eLearning modules and help-sheets.
